Every sheltered workshop shall be inspected at least\n\nannually by a duly appointed representative of the Department of\n\nHuman Services pursuant to rules promulgated by the Sheltered\n\nWorkshop Act.\n\nB. The Department shall inspect, survey, and evaluate each\n\nsheltered workshop to determine compliance with applicable licensure\n\nand program requirements and standards no less than annually and at\n\nany time the Department deems necessary.\n\nC. Any inspection, investigation, survey, or evaluation may be\n\nconducted without prior notice. Any licensee or applicant for a\n\nlicense shall be deemed to have given consent to any duly authorized\n\nemployee or agent of the Department to enter and inspect the\n\nsheltered workshop in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nSheltered Workshop Act. Refusal to permit such entry or inspection\n\nshall constitute grounds for the denial, nonrenewal, suspension or\n\nrevocation of a license.\n\nD. The Department shall maintain a log, updated at least\n\nmonthly and available for public inspection, which shall at a\n\nminimum detail:\n\n1. The name of the sheltered workshop and date of inspection,\n\ninvestigation, survey, or evaluation;\n\n2. Any deficiencies, lack of compliance, or violation noted at\n\nthe inspection, investigation, survey, or evaluation;\n\n3. The date a notice of violation, license denial, nonrenewal,\n\nsuspension, or revocation was issued or other enforcement action\n\noccurred;\n\n4. Proposed dates for the resolution of deficiencies;\n\n5. The date corrections were completed, as verified by an\n\ninspection; and\n\n6.
