A written contract entered into between a referral agency\n\nand an assisted living center or continuum of care facility may\n\nprovide for the compensation of a referral agency for all referrals\n\nmade to an assisted living center or continuum of care facility;\n\nsuch compensation may include, without limitation, amounts based on\n\nvolume or value of referrals or business otherwise generated between\n\nthe parties.\n\nB.
