A referral agency that violates this act is subject to a\n\ncivil penalty in an amount equal to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)\n\nfor each violation.\n\nB. The Attorney General or a district attorney may bring an\n\naction to recover a civil penalty imposed under subsection A of this\n\nsection and to restrain and enjoin a violation of this act.
