Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-875","heading":"Inspection by State Department of Health","body":"The State Department of Health shall at least annually and\n\nwhenever it deems necessary inspect each adult day care center to\n\ndetermine compliance with the Adult Day Care Act and rules and\n\nregulations promulgated thereto.\n\nAny licensee or applicant for a license shall be deemed to have\n\ngiven consent to any duly authorized employee or agent of the\n\nDepartment to inspect and enter the home in accordance with the\n\nAdult Day Care Act or rules promulgated thereto.
