The State Department of Health shall contract with the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, if authorized by the\n\nUniversity of Oklahoma Board of Regents, for the development and\n\nenhancement of a Core Neuropathology Laboratory.\n\nB.
