Upon written request to the State Department of Health, an\n\nassisted living center as defined in the Continuum of Care and\n\nAssisted Living Act may choose to participate in an informal dispute\n\nresolution panel to be offered by the State Department of Health as\n\nan alternative to the informal dispute resolution process outlined\n\nin Sections 1-1914.3 through 1-1914.10 and Sections 1-1914.13\n\nthrough 1-1914.16 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The State Department of Health shall appoint the informal\n\ndispute resolution panel, to be comprised of the following impartial\n\nmembers:\n\n1. A licensed administrator currently working in the assisted\n\nliving industry;\n\n2. A health professional currently working in an assisted\n\nliving center;\n\n3. Two representatives from the aging and disabled community\n\nwho do not represent a state agency; and\n\n4.
