Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-915","heading":"Bottled water - Plants - Sale or distribution - Permits","body":"required.\n\nAny person desiring to operate a bottled water plant, or to sell\n\nor distribute bottled water, in Oklahoma shall make application to\n\nthe State Commissioner of Health for a permit, and obtain a valid\n\npermit prior to the operation of the bottled water plant or the\n\ndistribution and sale of bottled water. Application for such permit\n\nshall be on a form supplied by the Commissioner and shall contain\n\nsuch information as the Commissioner deems necessary to his\n\ndetermination that the operation of the bottled water plant or sale\n\nof bottled water will in no manner be injurious or hazardous to the\n\nhealth or safety of the people of the state. Each application for a\n\npermit and permit renewal shall be accompanied by the proper fee in\n\nthe amount specified in the following section.
