Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1064","heading":"Cooperation between authorities","body":"Any two or more authorities may join or cooperate with one\n\nanother in the exercise, either jointly or otherwise, of any or all\n\nof their powers for the purpose of financing, including the issuance\n\nof bonds, notes or other obligations and giving security therefor,\n\nplanning, undertaking, owning, constructing, operating or\n\ncontracting with respect to a housing project or projects located\n\nwithin the area of operation of any one or more of said housing\n\nauthorities.
