Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1069","heading":"Form and sale of bonds","body":"Bonds of an authority shall be authorized by its resolution and\n\nmay be issued in one or more series and shall bear such date or\n\ndates, mature at such time or times, bear interest at such rate or\n\nrates, not exceeding six percent (6%) per annum, be in such\n\ndenomination or denominations, be in such form either coupon or\n\nregistered, carry such conversion or registration privileges, have\n\nsuch rank or priority, be executed in such manner, be payable in\n\nsuch medium of payment, at such place or places, and be subject to\n\nsuch terms of redemption, with or without premium, as such\n\nresolution or its trust indenture may provide.\n\nThe bonds must be sold at public sale at not less than par.\n\nBonds of the authority shall not be purchased by members of the\n\nauthority or its employees or members of their immediate families.\n\nIn case any of the members or officers of an authority whose\n\nsignatures appear on any bonds or coupons shall cease to be such\n\nmembers or officers before the delivery of such bonds, such\n\nsignatures shall, nevertheless, be valid and sufficient for all\n\npurposes, the same as if such members or officers had remained in\n\noffice until such delivery. Any provision of any law to the\n\ncontrary notwithstanding, any bonds issued pursuant to this act\n\nshall be fully negotiable.\n\nIn any suit, action or proceeding involving the validity or\n\nenforceability of any bond of an authority or the security therefor,\n\nany such bond reciting in substance that it has been issued by the\n\nauthority to aid in financing a project, as herein defined, shall be\n\nconclusively deemed to have been issued for such purposes and such\n\nproject shall be conclusively deemed to have been planned, located\n\nand carried out in accordance with the purposes and provisions of\n\nthis act.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8571b64800846655cf622efedc527257bc406ceeab6d5bfdd0f1c76511780803","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1068","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
