Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1074","heading":"Additional remedies conferrable by the authority","body":"An authority shall have power, by its resolution, trust\n\nindenture, lease or other contract, to confer upon any obligee the\n\nright, in addition to all rights that may otherwise be conferred,\n\nupon the happening of an event of default as defined in such\n\nresolution or instrument, by suit, action or proceeding in any court\n\nof competent jurisdiction:\n\n(a) to cause possession of any project or any part thereof to be\n\nsurrendered to any such obligee.\n\n(b) to obtain the appointment of a receiver of any project of\n\nthe authority or any part thereof and of the rents and profits\n\ntherefrom. if such receiver be appointed, he may enter and take\n\npossession of such project or any part thereof and operate and\n\nmaintain same, and collect and receive all fees, rents, revenues, or\n\nother charges thereafter arising therefrom, and shall keep such\n\nmonies in a separate account or accounts and apply the same in\n\naccordance with the obligations of the authority as the court shall\n\ndirect.\n\n(c) to require the authority and the commissioners, officers,\n\nagents and employees thereof to account as if it and they were the\n\ntrustees of an express trust.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e5af6e56afbdcce187290d755833c497e28cdfc80b1458140035eac7ba34a7af","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1073","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1075"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
