Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1077","heading":"Transfer of possession or title to federal government","body":"In any contract with the federal government for annual\n\ncontributions to any authority the authority may obligate itself,\n\nwhich obligation shall be specifically enforceable and shall not\n\nconstitute a mortgage, notwithstanding any other laws, to convey to\n\nthe federal government possession of or title to the project to\n\nwhich such contract relates, upon the occurrence of a substantial\n\ndefault, as defined in such contract, with respect to the covenants\n\nand conditions to which the authority is subject; such contract may\n\nfurther provide that in case of such conveyance, the federal\n\ngovernment may complete, operate, manage, lease, convey, or\n\notherwise deal with the project and funds in accordance with the\n\nterms of such contract; provided, that the contract requires that,\n\nas soon as practicable after the federal government is satisfied\n\nthat all defaults with respect to the project have been cured and\n\nthat the project will thereafter be operated in accordance with the\n\nterms of the contract, the federal government shall reconvey to the\n\nauthority the project as then constituted.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"edf4cdbc29d9df23c88722e5c9cec255aa9de4b0c841d585c2ff55de017e32a3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1076","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1078"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
