Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1079","heading":"Reports and audits","body":"At least once a year an authority shall file with the clerk of\n\nthe governing body of the jurisdiction within which the authority\n\noperates a complete financial and operating report of the preceding\n\nfiscal year which shall be and remain a public record.
