Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1084","heading":"Industrial housing - Adoption of Federal standards","body":"Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, or of any municipal\n\nor county ordinance or local building code, the standards for\n\nfactory-built housing, housing prototypes, subsystems, materials and\n\ncomponents certified as acceptable by the Federal Department of\n\nHousing and Urban Development are hereby deemed acceptable and\n\napproved for use in housing construction in this state. A\n\ncertificate from the State Director of the Federal Housing\n\nAdministration of the Department of Housing and Urban Development\n\nshall constitute prima facie evidence that the products or materials\n\nlisted therein are acceptable and such certificates shall be\n\nfurnished by the building contractor to any local building inspector\n\nor other local housing authority upon request.
