Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1092.2","heading":"Compliance with Federal Uniform Relocation Act -","body":"Compensation and reimbursement payments.\n\nA. When any department, agency or instrumentality of the state,\n\nor any county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the\n\nstate, or any other public or private entity subject to the\n\nprovisions of the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real\n\nProperty Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, Public Laws\n\n91-646, and 100-17, Title IV, hereinafter referred to as the Federal\n\nUniform Relocation Act, undertakes any project which results in the\n\nacquisition of real property or in any person being displaced from\n\nthe home, business, or farm of such person, such department, agency\n\nor instrumentality of the state, county, municipality or other\n\npolitical subdivision of the state, or other public or private\n\nentity may provide relocation assistance, and make relocation\n\npayments to such displaced person and do such other acts and follow\n\nsuch procedures and practices as may be necessary to comply with the\n\nprovisions of the Federal Uniform Relocation Act.\n\nB. Any payment made or to be made pursuant to the authority\n\ngranted in this section shall be for compensating or reimbursing the\n\ndisplaced person or owner of real property in accordance with the\n\nrequirements of the Federal Uniform Relocation Act and such payment\n\nshall not for any purpose be deemed or considered compensation for\n\nreal property acquired or compensation for damages to remaining\n\nproperty.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8b7f51bf5b47574058217fe0596ad5bdc3e4131dfe55cb28db02bad700c066dd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1092.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1093"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
