Except as otherwise provided by this part, it is a violation\n\nto manufacture, store, or use explosives or blasting agents without\n\nfirst obtaining a permit from the Department of Mines.\n\nB. Permits issued under this division shall not be\n\ntransferable, and shall be readily available for inspection by\n\nrepresentatives of the Department and law enforcement officials.\n\nC. The Department may place such restrictions and limitations\n\non permits as it deems necessary.\n\nD. The Department may issue one-time or limited-time permits or\n\npermits for continuous blasting operations.\n\nE. 1. Permits for continuous blasting operations issued under\n\nthis division shall be valid for the calendar year after the date of\n\nissue unless revoked or suspended. Permits for continuous blasting\n\noperations may be renewed on each issuance date and a showing of\n\ncompliance with the Oklahoma Explosives and Blasting Regulation Act\n\nand rules promulgated thereto.\n\n2. Permits for one-time or limited-time permits shall be valid\n\nonly for the time specified in the permit.\n\nF. Any person holding a permit issued under this division shall\n\nkeep such records as may be required by the Department. Records\n\nshall be maintained for not less than two (2) years following the\n\nyear in which the record is made.
