Stat. tit. 63, § 63-123.3","heading":"Issuance, denial, suspension, or revocation of permits -","body":"Hearings - Inspections - Injunctions.\n\nThe Department shall enforce the provisions of this division and\n\nfor such purposes shall:\n\n1. Issue permits to applicants found by the Department, after\n\ninspection and investigation, to be qualified for such permit under\n\nthe provisions of this division and the rules promulgated by the\n\nDepartment;\n\n2. Deny, suspend, or revoke permits upon a finding of\n\nnoncompliance or violation of the provisions of this division or of\n\nthe applicable rules of the Department;\n\n3. Hold hearings upon the application of any person aggrieved\n\nby any order of the Department with respect to the denial,\n\nsuspension, or revocation of any permit; and\n\n4.
