Any firm, corporation, company or partnership shall ensure\n\nthat all personnel, field crews, magazine attendants, truck drivers,\n\nsupervisors and superintendents are fully conversant with all\n\nprovisions of this section and the rules promulgated hereunder. The\n\npermit holder shall be responsible for violations committed by\n\nemployees working under the company or corporation permit.\n\nB. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section\n\nor any rules or regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of a\n\nClass C2 felony offense and shall be punished by a fine of not more\n\nthan Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both such fine and imprisonment. If\n\nsuch violation was committed with the knowledge or intent that any\n\nexplosive or blasting agent involved was to be used to kill, injure\n\nor intimidate any person or unlawfully to damage any real or\n\npersonal property, the person or persons committing such violations,\n\nupon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense and\n\nshall be punished by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00), or imprisoned for not more than ten (10) years, or\n\nboth.
