Stat. tit. 63, § 63-128.2","heading":"Storage of explosives","body":"Nothing in this part shall be held to apply to persons,\n\npartnerships or corporations who store not to exceed twenty-five\n\n(25) pounds of said explosives, except nitroglycerine, in any one\n\nplace at any one time, nor to the manufacturing or storing of drugs:\n\nProvided, however, that for good cause shown, the Chief Mine\n\nInspector or deputy may issue a permit for temporary storage of any\n\nof said explosives, except nitroglycerine, not exceeding five\n\nhundred (500) pounds.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 6973.
