Stat. tit. 63, § 63-142.3","heading":"Filing of notice - Participation by municipality in","body":"statewide one-call notification center.\n\nAll operators of underground facilities shall participate in the\n\nstatewide one-call notification center and shall have on file with\n\nthe notification center a notice that such operator has underground\n\nfacilities, the county or counties where such facilities are\n\nlocated, and the address and telephone number of the person or\n\npersons from whom information about such underground facilities may\n\nbe obtained.
