Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-107","heading":"Bureau of Narcotics Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs\n\nControl to be designated the \"Bureau of Narcotics Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of any monies received from the sale\n\nof surplus and confiscated property, fees and receipts collected\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, gifts, bequests, devises,\n\ncontributions or grants, public or private, including federal funds\n\nunless otherwise provided by federal law or regulation, registration\n\nfees and receipts relating to prescription pads and receipts from\n\nany other source. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control for\n\ngeneral operations of the agency.
