Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-107b","heading":"Drug Money Laundering and Wire Transmitter Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs\n\nControl to be designated the \"Drug Money Laundering and Wire\n\nTransmitter Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and\n\nDangerous Drugs Control from the fees imposed pursuant to Section 2-\n\n503.1j of this title. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control for\n\nthe purpose of drug enforcement.
