Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-112","heading":"Report on progress of opioid act of 2019","body":"The Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs\n\nControl shall report to the standing committees of the Legislature\n\nhaving jurisdiction over health and human services matters and over\n\noccupational and professional regulation matters, no later than\n\nJanuary 31, 2020, with progress on implementing the provisions of\n\nthis act. The report shall contain, at a minimum, the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. Registration of prescribers and dispensers in the central\n\nrepository pursuant to Section 2-309A et seq. of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Data regarding the checking and using of the central\n\nrepository by data requesters;\n\n3. Data from professional boards regarding the implementation\n\nof continuing education requirements for prescribers of opioid\n\ndrugs;\n\n4. Effects on the prescriber workforce;\n\n5. Changes in the numbers of patients taking more than one\n\nhundred (100) morphine milligram equivalents of opioid drugs per\n\nday;\n\n6. Data regarding the total quantity of opioid drugs prescribed\n\nin morphine milligram equivalents;\n\n7. Progress on electronic prescribing of opioid drugs; and\n\n8.
