Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-308","heading":"Order forms","body":"\n\nControlled dangerous substances in Schedules I and II shall be\n\ndistributed only by a registrant to another registrant pursuant to\n\nan order form obtained from the United States Drug Enforcement\n\nAdministration. Compliance with the provisions of the Federal\n\nControlled Substances Act respecting order forms shall be deemed\n\ncompliance with this section.
