Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-309B","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of the Anti-Drug Diversion Act:\n\n1. \"Bureau\" means the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and\n\nDangerous Drugs Control;\n\n2. \"Dispenser\" means a person who distributes a Schedule II\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance, but does not include a licensed\n\nhospital pharmacy or a licensed nurse or medication aide who\n\nadministers such a substance at the direction of a licensed\n\nphysician;\n\n3. \"Dispenser's registration number\" means the dispenser's\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control\n\nregistration number or, in the case of a pharmacist, the National\n\nAssociation of Boards of Pharmacy number for the pharmacy where the\n\ndispensation is made;\n\n4. \"Exception report\" means an output of data indicating\n\nSchedule II controlled dangerous substance dispensation which is\n\noutside expected norms for a prescriber practicing a particular\n\nspecialty or field of health care, for a dispenser doing business in\n\na particular location, or for a recipient;\n\n5. \"Recipient\" means the person for whom a prescription is\n\nprescribed and who is the lawful intended ultimate user;\n\n6. \"Recipient's agent\" means a person who is authorized by the\n\nultimate user to pick up the recipient's medication and deliver it\n\nto the recipient or a person who claims a prescription other than\n\nthe person to whom the medication is prescribed;\n\n7. \"Recipient's identification number\" and \"recipient's agent's\n\nidentification number\" means the unique number contained on forms of\n\nidentification listed in 8 CFR 274a.2(b)(1)(v)(A) and (B);\n\n8. \"Registrant\" means a person, persons, corporation or other\n\nentity who has been issued by the Director of the Oklahoma State\n\nBureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control a registration\n\npursuant to Section 2-302 of this title; and\n\n9. \"State\" means any state, territory, or possession of the\n\nUnited States, the District of Columbia, or foreign nation.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f60b68e6dde78371c4e6210f1803d7c955c5950afaaf5a0db1aa9705ac3112ba","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2-309a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2-309c"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
