The legal owner of any stock of controlled dangerous\n\nsubstances, as listed in Schedules II through IV, upon\n\ndiscontinuation of manufacture, distribution, dispensing,\n\nprescribing, administering or use for scientific purposes of said\n\nsubstances, may sell said stock to a manufacturer, wholesaler or\n\npharmacist. Schedule II substances must be transferred on an order\n\nform as provided in Section 2-308 of this title.\n\nB. A pharmacist, only upon an order form as provided in Section\n\n2-308 of this title, may sell to a physician, dentist or\n\nveterinarian, in quantities not exceeding thirty (30) milliliters at\n\nany one time, aqueous or oleaginous solutions of which the content\n\nof controlled dangerous substances does not exceed a proportion\n\ngreater than twenty percent (20%) of the complete solution, to be\n\nused for medical purposes.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"037474e4bd188ce3163d9a32f570d72035c3159e0752fe92ba83be8bc9b23462","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2-310","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2-312"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
