Whenever a manufacturer or wholesaler distributes a\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance in a container prepared by him, he\n\nshall securely affix to each individual container in which that\n\nsubstance is contained a label showing in legible English the name\n\nand address of the vendor and the quantity, kind, and form of\n\nsubstance contained therein.\n\nB. Whenever a pharmacist dispenses any controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance, he shall affix to each immediate container in which such\n\nsubstance is dispensed the prescription number, the date dispensed,\n\nthe patient's name, the name of the doctor, name and address of the\n\npharmacy for which he is lawfully acting; or, if the patient is an\n\nanimal, the name of the owner of the animal and words \"for\n\nveterinary use only\".\n\nC. Whenever a practitioner dispenses any controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance, he shall affix to each immediate container in which such\n\nsubstance is dispensed a label showing date dispensed, his name, his\n\naddress, his state registration number, name of the patient, or, if\n\nthe patient is an animal, the name of the owner of the animal.\n\nD.
