Any person or business having a legitimate need for using\n\nprecursor substances defined in Section 4 of this act, shall apply\n\nin person to the Director of Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and\n\nDangerous Drugs Control, or his designee, for a permit to possess\n\nsuch substances each time said substance is obtained.\n\nB. The following must be submitted in person to the Director of\n\nOklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control, or his\n\ndesignee, to receive a permit for possession of precursor\n\nsubstances:\n\n1. A driver's license number or other personal identification\n\ncertificate number, date of birth, residential or mailing address,\n\nother than a post office box number, and a driver's license or\n\npersonal identification card issued by the Department of Public\n\nSafety which contains a photograph of the recipient. In the event\n\nthe applicant is a corporation, the information in this paragraph\n\nshall be required of the person making application for the permit.\n\nIn addition, the person making application for the permit on behalf\n\nof a corporation shall disclose his relationship to the corporation;\n\n2. A complete description of how the substance is to be used;\n\nand\n\n3. The location where the substance is to be stored and used.\n\nC. The permit shall consist of three parts, including:\n\n1. A copy to be retained by the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nNarcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control;\n\n2. A copy to be retained by the manufacturer, wholesaler,\n\nretailer, or other person furnishing precursor substances; and\n\n3. A copy to be attached to the container of the precursor\n\nsubstances and to be kept with the substances at all times.\n\nD. The permit shall cost Ten Dollars ($10.00) and shall be\n\npayable to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous\n\nDrugs Control Revolving Fund.\n\nE.
