In addition to any fine or imprisonment imposed under\n\nSection 2-328 of this title, the following drug cleanup fine may be\n\nimposed:\n\n1. Up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for violations\n\ndescribed in subsection A of Section 2-328 of this title or Section\n\n2-401 of this title; and\n\n2. Up to One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for\n\nviolations described in subsections C, D or E of Section 2-328 of\n\nthis title.\n\nB.
