Every law enforcement agency in this state shall notify the\n\nOklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control\n\nwithin ten (10) days of any officer of such agency seizing:\n\n1. Any precursor chemical, as defined in the Precursor\n\nSubstances Act, used or allegedly used, in full or in part, to\n\nmanufacture any controlled substance; and\n\n2. Any drug paraphernalia relating to an illegal laboratory,\n\nincluding but not limited to any glassware, instruments, devices,\n\nutensils or other objects or equipment used or allegedly used, in\n\nfull or in part, to manufacture any controlled substance.\n\nB.
