Any person found guilty of larceny, burglary or theft of\n\ncontrolled dangerous substances is guilty of a Class C2 felony\n\noffense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes. A\n\nsecond or subsequent offense under this subsection is a Class C2\n\nfelony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. Convictions for second or subsequent violations of this\n\nsubsection shall not be subject to statutory provisions for\n\nsuspended sentences, deferred sentences or probation.\n\nB. Any person found guilty of robbery or attempted robbery of\n\ncontrolled dangerous substances from a practitioner, manufacturer,\n\ndistributor or agent thereof as defined in Section 2-101 of this\n\ntitle is guilty of a Class A2 felony offense punishable by\n\nimprisonment for a period of not less than five (5) years, and such\n\nsentence shall not be subject to statutory provisions for suspended\n\nsentences, deferred sentences or probation. A second or subsequent\n\noffense under this subsection is a Class A2 felony offense\n\npunishable by life imprisonment.
