It shall be unlawful for any registrant or person applying\n\nfor registration to knowingly or intentionally:\n\n1. Distribute, other than by dispensing or as otherwise\n\nauthorized by the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, a\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance classified in Schedules I or II, in\n\nthe course of his or her legitimate business, except pursuant to an\n\norder form as required by Section 2-308 of this title. Any\n\nregistrant or person convicted of violating the provisions of this\n\nparagraph shall be guilty of a Class B3 felony offense;\n\n2. Use in the course of the manufacture or distribution of a\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance a registration number which is\n\nfictitious, revoked, suspended or issued to another person. Any\n\nregistrant or person convicted of violating the provisions of this\n\nparagraph shall be guilty of a Class B3 felony offense;\n\n3. Acquire or obtain possession of a controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or\n\nsubterfuge. Any registrant or person convicted of violating the\n\nprovisions of this paragraph shall be guilty of a Class C1 felony\n\noffense punishable as provided for in subsections B through E of\n\nSection 20L of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Furnish false or fraudulent material information in, or omit\n\nany material information from, any application, report, or other\n\ndocument required to be kept or filed under the Uniform Controlled\n\nDangerous Substances Act, or any record required to be kept by the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act. Any registrant or\n\nperson convicted of violating the provisions of this paragraph shall\n\nbe guilty of a Class B3 felony offense;\n\n5. Make, distribute, or possess any punch, die, plate, stone,\n\nor other thing designed to print, imprint, or reproduce the\n\ntrademark, trade name, or other identifying mark, imprint, or device\n\nof another or any likeness of any of the foregoing upon any drug or\n\ncontainer or labeling thereof so as to render such drug a\n\ncounterfeit controlled dangerous substance. Any registrant or\n\nperson convicted of violating the provisions of this paragraph shall\n\nbe guilty of a Class B3 felony offense; and\n\n6. Purchase, or attempt, endeavor, or conspire to obtain or\n\npurchase, any license or registration required to distribute,\n\npossess, prescribe, or manufacture any controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance on behalf of, or at the request or demand of, any other\n\nperson through the use of a straw person or straw party.\n\nB. Except as provided for in paragraph 3 of subsection A of\n\nthis section, any person who violates this section shall, upon\n\nconviction, be punished by imprisonment for not more than twenty\n\n(20) years or a fine not more than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand\n\nDollars ($250,000.00), or both.\n\nC. Any person convicted of a second or subsequent violation of\n\nthis section is punishable by a term of imprisonment twice that\n\notherwise authorized and by twice the fine otherwise authorized.\n\nConvictions for second or subsequent violations of this section\n\nshall not be subject to statutory provisions for suspended\n\nsentences, deferred sentences, or probation.\n\nD.
