Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-416","heading":"Apportionment of fines","body":"The fines specified in Section 2 of this act shall be\n\napportioned as follows:\n\n1. Twenty-five percent (25%) shall be distributed to the\n\nrevolving fund established pursuant to the provisions of Section 2-\n\n506 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes to be used for enforcement\n\nof the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act; and\n\n2. Twenty-five percent (25%) shall be distributed to the\n\nmunicipality, county, or state agency or agencies which conducted\n\nthe investigation. The amount distributed to a municipality or\n\ncounty shall be placed in a revolving fund to be used for law\n\nenforcement purposes. This fund shall be limited to Two Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($200,000.00) at any one time in municipalities and\n\ncounties with population in excess of three hundred thousand\n\n(300,000) and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) at any one time in\n\nmunicipalities and counties with population less than three hundred\n\nthousand (300,000). This fund shall be audited by the State Auditor\n\nand Inspector at least every two (2) years in the manner provided in\n\nSection 171 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Said audit shall\n\ninclude, but not be limited to, a compliance audit. Any amount in\n\nexcess of these figures distributed to a municipality or county\n\nshall be placed in the general fund of the municipality or county.\n\nThe amount distributed to a state agency shall be placed in the\n\napplicable revolving fund or special agency account of said agency\n\nto be used for law enforcement purposes. If more than one law\n\nenforcement agency participates in the investigation, the amount to\n\nbe distributed shall be divided among the agencies in proportion to\n\nthe amount of work performed by each agency involved in the\n\ninvestigation, as determined by the district court; and\n\n3. Twenty-five percent (25%) shall be distributed to the Drug\n\nAbuse Education Revolving Fund to be used for drug abuse education\n\nprograms within the State Department of Education; and\n\n4.
