Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-417","heading":"Drug Abuse Education Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education to be designated the \"Drug Abuse\n\nEducation Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of fines\n\ncollected pursuant to the Trafficking in Illegal Drugs Act. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Board of Education for\n\ndrug abuse education programs.
