Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-419.1","heading":"Use of minors in transportation, sale, etc. of","body":"controlled dangerous substances.\n\nA. It shall be unlawful for any individual eighteen (18) years\n\nof age or older to solicit, employ, hire, or use an individual under\n\neighteen (18) years of age to unlawfully transport, carry, sell,\n\ngive away, prepare for sale, or peddle any controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance.\n\nB. A person who violates subsection A of this section shall be\n\nguilty of a Class C1 felony offense and, upon conviction, shall be\n\npunishable by a term of imprisonment, or fine, or both, not\n\nexceeding twice that authorized by Section 2-401 of this title.\n\nC. A person who violates subsection A of this section after a\n\nprevious conviction pursuant to that subsection which has become\n\nfinal, shall be punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding\n\nthree times that authorized by Section 2-401 of this title.\n\nD. A person who violates subsection A of this section by\n\nemploying, hiring, or using an individual under fifteen (15) years\n\nof age shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B3 felony\n\noffense and may be imprisoned for not more than twenty-five (25)\n\nyears, fined not more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($100,000.00), or both, in addition to any other punishment\n\nauthorized by this section.\n\nE.
