Any person charged with aggravated trafficking pursuant to\n\nSection 2-415 of this title shall not be subject to pretrial release\n\nas specified in Section 1105.3 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nand shall not be released on bail without a Global Positioning\n\nSystem (GPS) monitoring device attached to the person and cost\n\nthereof paid by such person at his or her own expense until after\n\nthe conclusion of the criminal case. The Department of Corrections\n\nshall monitor such GPS monitoring device and the person until the\n\nconclusion of the case, and the person shall pay a supervision fee\n\nas provided for other persons subject to supervision by the\n\nDepartment. At the conclusion of the case, the court shall order\n\nthe removal of the GPS monitoring device if the person is acquitted\n\nor is to be incarcerated or the case is dismissed.\n\nB. The Department of Corrections shall maintain statistical\n\nrecords on any aggravated trafficking offense, including a\n\ncalculation of the time period from arrest to disposition, and if\n\nthe person is convicted, the term of sentence, length of sentence\n\nactually served in incarceration, amount of the fine imposed,\n\nwhether any enhancements or co-occurring offenses were involved,\n\nwhether the person is determined upon reception into the custody of\n\nthe Department to be an addicted person, and whether the person has\n\nprior convictions by stating the prior offenses.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"35a979022f554a364d2ec67e721304cf0d86712cd9b9edf6b4143e9c7de9bb4f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2-419.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2-421"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
