A person who knowingly participates in the illegal drug\n\nmarket within this state is liable for civil damages as provided in\n\nthe Drug Dealer Liability Act. A person may recover damages under\n\nthis act for injury resulting from use of an illegal drug by that\n\nperson.\n\nB.
