Carry firearms;\n\n2. Execute search warrants, arrest warrants, subpoenas, and\n\nsummonses issued under the authority of this state;\n\n3. Make an arrest without warrant of any person the officer has\n\nprobable cause for believing has committed any felony under the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act or a violation of\n\nSection 2-402 of this title;\n\n4. Make seizures of property pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act;\n\n5. Perform such other lawful duties as are required to carry\n\nout the provisions of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances\n\nAct;\n\n6. Conduct investigations and make an arrest of any person the\n\nofficer has probable cause to believe is involved in money\n\nlaundering activities, as otherwise set forth by laws of this state;\n\nand\n\n7.
