It is unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to\n\nreceive or acquire proceeds and to conceal such proceeds, or engage\n\nin transactions involving proceeds, known to be derived from any\n\nviolation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act,\n\nSection 2-101 et seq. of this title, or of any statute of the United\n\nStates relating to controlled dangerous substances as defined by the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq.\n\nof this title. This subsection does not apply to any transaction\n\nbetween an individual and the counsel of the individual necessary to\n\npreserve the right to representation of the individual, as\n\nguaranteed by the Oklahoma Constitution and by the Sixth Amendment\n\nof the United States Constitution. However, this exception does not\n\ncreate any presumption against or prohibition of the right of the\n\nstate to seek and obtain forfeiture of any proceeds derived from a\n\nviolation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act,\n\nSection 2-101 et seq. of this title, or of any statute of the United\n\nStates relating to controlled dangerous substances as defined by the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq.\n\nof this title.\n\nB. It is unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to\n\ngive, sell, transfer, trade, invest, conceal, transport, or maintain\n\nan interest in or otherwise make available anything of value which\n\nthat person knows is intended to be used for the purpose of\n\ncommitting or furthering the commission of any violation of the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq.\n\nof this title, or of any statute of the United States relating to\n\ncontrolled dangerous substances as defined by the Uniform Controlled\n\nDangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq. of this title.\n\nC. It is unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to\n\ndirect, plan, organize, initiate, finance, manage, supervise, or\n\nfacilitate the transportation or transfer of proceeds known to be\n\nderived from any violation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous\n\nSubstances Act, Section 2-101 et seq. of this title, or of any\n\nstatute of the United States relating to controlled dangerous\n\nsubstances as defined by the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances\n\nAct, Section 2-101 et seq. of this title.\n\nD. It is unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to\n\nconduct a financial transaction involving proceeds derived from a\n\nviolation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act,\n\nSection 2-101 et seq. of this title, or of any statute of the United\n\nStates relating to controlled dangerous substances as defined by the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq.\n\nof this title, when the transaction is designed in whole or in part\n\nto conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, ownership, or\n\ncontrol of the proceeds known to be derived from a violation of the\n\nUniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq.\n\nof this title, or of any statute of the United States relating to\n\ncontrolled dangerous substances as defined by the Uniform Controlled\n\nDangerous Substances Act, Section 2-101 et seq. of this title, or to\n\navoid a transaction reporting requirement under state or federal\n\nlaw.\n\nE.
