Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-503.1c","heading":"Financial transactions involving proceeds of unlawful","body":"acts.\n\nNo person shall conduct or attempt to conduct a financial\n\ntransaction knowing that the property involved in such a financial\n\ntransaction represents the proceeds of some form of unlawful\n\nactivity related to any violation of Sections 2-101 through 2-608 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes while:\n\n1. Acting with the intent to promote the continuation of the\n\nspecified unlawful activity;\n\n2. Acting with the intent to engage in conduct which violates\n\nSections 2-101 through 2-608 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Acting with the knowledge that the transaction is designed\n\nin whole or part to disguise the nature, location, source,\n\nownership, or control of the proceeds of the specified unlawful\n\nactivity; or\n\n4.
