Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-503.1d","heading":"Certain sales or transfers of money transmitter","body":"equipment prohibited - Allowing access to equipment - Penalty.\n\nA. No person shall sell, give, transfer, trade, supply, or\n\nprovide any money transmitter equipment, as defined by the Oklahoma\n\nFinancial Transaction Reporting Act, to any person not licensed by\n\nthe Oklahoma State Banking Commissioner. Any person violating the\n\nprovisions of this section shall be guilty upon conviction of a\n\nmisdemeanor, for a first offense, and a Class D1 felony offense for\n\nany second or subsequent offense. The misdemeanor penalty shall be\n\na fine not exceeding Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), or\n\nimprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one (1) year, or both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment. The Class D1 felony penalty shall be\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or a fine not exceeding\n\nFive Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB.
