No person shall, for the purpose of evading the reporting\n\nrequirements set forth in 31 U.S.C., Section 5311, 31 C.F.R., Part\n\n103, Title 6 or Sections 2-101 through 2-608 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, or other federal laws pertaining to money\n\nlaundering:\n\n1. Cause or attempt to cause the failure to file a report\n\nrequired under Title 6 or Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nfederal monetary reporting requirements under law; or\n\n2. Cause or attempt to cause the filing of a report required\n\nunder Title 6 or Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or federal\n\nmonetary reporting requirements under law, that contains a material\n\nomission or misstatement of fact.\n\nB.
