It shall be unlawful for any person to structure, assist in\n\nstructuring, attempt to structure, or attempt to assist in\n\nstructuring any transaction with one or more financial or\n\nnonfinancial trades or businesses, to include any importation or\n\nexportation of monetary instruments.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for any person to structure or assist\n\nin structuring, or attempt to structure or assist in structuring any\n\ntransaction with one or more organizations that have a monetary\n\nreporting requirement under federal law or under Title 6 or Sections\n\n2-101 through 2-608 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. For purposes of this section, “structuring” means a person\n\nwho, acting alone, in conjunction with others, or on behalf of\n\nothers, conducts or attempts to conduct one or more transactions in\n\ncurrency, in any amount, at one or more organizations that have a\n\nmonetary reporting requirement under federal law or under Title 6 or\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, on one or more days, for the\n\npurpose of evading the reporting requirements of any federal law or\n\nany provision of Title 6 or Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nrequiring reporting of financial transactions.\n\nD.
