Unless otherwise provided, any person convicted of violating\n\nany of the provisions of this act is guilty of a felony and may be\n\npunished by imprisonment for not less than two (2) years nor more\n\nthan ten (10) years or by a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand\n\nDollars ($50,000.00) or an amount equal to twice the dollar amount\n\nof each transaction, whichever is greater, or by both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nB.
