An exemption or exception set forth in this act shall\n\nconstitute an affirmative defense. Such affirmative defense shall\n\nbe in accordance with the presentation of an alibi defense\n\nprescribed in Section 585 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. In any prosecution for a violation of any of the provisions\n\nof this act relating to a controlled dangerous substance named in\n\nany of the schedules set out in the act, it shall be sufficient in\n\nany indictment or information to allege a general description of the\n\ncontrolled dangerous substance and the schedule wherein listed\n\nwithout other specific description.
