Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2-512","heading":"Drug Eradication and Enforcement Plan Revolving Fund –","body":"Creation - Use of funds.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be known as the Drug Eradication and Enforcement Plan Revolving\n\nFund. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of any monies appropriated or\n\ntransferred to the fund and any monies contributed to the fund from\n\nany other source. All monies accruing to the credit of such fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended for the\n\npurpose of providing grants to district attorneys' offices,\n\nsheriffs' offices and municipal police departments. The grants\n\nshall be used for eradication of illegal drugs and enforcement of\n\ndrug laws. Allowable expenditure of the grants shall include, but\n\nshall not be limited to, the following purposes:\n\n1. Purchase of equipment;\n\n2. Purchase of drug-sniffing dogs;\n\n3. Matching federal grants or funds;\n\n4. Funding advanced training programs;\n\n5. Funding drug education and awareness programs; and\n\n6.
