Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2054","heading":"Community Social Service Center Authority - Powers,","body":"rights and privileges.\n\nThe State Health Department is hereby designated as the Oklahoma\n\nCommunity Social Service Center authority and is authorized to\n\nexercise the following powers, rights, and privileges in carrying\n\nout the purposes of this act:\n\n(a) To prepare and publish guidelines, procedures, priorities,\n\nand regulations following consultation with other state departments\n\nand approval by the State Board of Health.\n\n(b) To acquire by purchase, lease, sublease, or gift, any and\n\nall property, real, personal, or mixed, necessary to the exercise of\n\nthe powers, rights, privileges, and functions conferred upon it by\n\nthis act.\n\n(c) To acquire, build, extend, and improve any and all\n\nfacilities which, in the judgment of the Authority, will benefit the\n\npeople of the state, or which are necessary to the accomplishment of\n\nthe purpose of this act.\n\n(d) To maintain and operate or enter into contracts with\n\nofficial or nonprofit public bodies to maintain and operate\n\nfacilities acquired under the provisions of this act.\n\n(e) To fix and contract concerning annual charges to tenants\n\noccupying space in facilities acquired under the provisions of this\n\nact.\n\n(f) To enter into agreements with any person or entity for the\n\nacquisition of property to accomplish the purposes of this act.\n\n(g) To receive, allocate, or otherwise expend appropriations\n\nmade by the Government of the State of Oklahoma to accomplish the\n\npurposes of this act.\n\n(h) To apply for and receive directly, or through public bodies\n\nin which the state has taken a beneficial interest, grants or\n\nallocations from instrumentalities of the Government of the United\n\nStates which will assist in accomplishing the purposes of this act.\n\n(i) To deposit all funds received by it from Community Social\n\nService Centers properties in a special account in the Office of the\n\nState Treasurer, which said account in the Office of the State\n\nTreasurer, which said account hereby is authorized and designated\n\nthe County Social Service Centers Account.
