The State Regents for Higher Education, Oklahoma Military\n\nDepartment, and schools of social work in this state shall develop a\n\nGuard Advocacy Program (GAP) for Oklahoma National Guard soldiers\n\nand airmen. The Program shall include curricula designed to:\n\n1. Facilitate and improve access to community resources that\n\nimprove health;\n\n2. Increase social support;\n\n3. Increase productivity; and\n\n4. Prevent life-skills and life-crisis issues from developing\n\ninto behavioral health emergencies.\n\nB. The information, records, materials and reports related to\n\nthe provision of services authorized under subsection A of this\n\nsection shall remain confidential and contain privileged\n\ninformation. Such records, materials and reports shall not be open\n\nto public inspection nor their contents disclosed.\n\nC.
