Eligibility of persons for service.\n\nb. Approval of contraceptives, practices, devices and\n\npharmaceuticals, and the methods of their utilization.\n\nc. Clinical procedures.\n\nd. Medical services to applicants.\n\ne. Establish a fee schedule to be charged applicants who\n\nare financially able to pay for services and devices,\n\npharmaceuticals or other equipment and supplies furnished.\n\nf. Records to be maintained.\n\ng.
