Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2075","heading":"Fees","body":"Fees collected in family planning centers shall be forwarded to\n\nthe State Department of Health, and shall be deposited in the Public\n\nHealth Special Fund, and expended as is now provided by statute, or\n\nas may be provided in the future. Provided, however, that where\n\nfamily planning centers are a part of the services of a county,\n\ndistrict, cooperative or city-county department of health the State\n\nCommissioner of Health may direct that such fees be deposited with\n\nthe county treasurer of the county where the center is located, and\n\nthe Commissioner may direct that such fees be added to a specified\n\nitem or items of appropriations for the county, district,\n\ncooperative or city-county health department, and no further action\n\nor appropriation by the county excise board shall be required to\n\nmake such funds available for expenditure.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e0be0c016987f1cacd1d5af456a0ba6bceeb0ddc522d4b0ab8ee62734a5e99e6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2074","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2151"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
