Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2200.10A","heading":"Manner of making, amending, or revoking anatomical","body":"gift of decedent's body or part.\n\nA. A person authorized to make an anatomical gift under Section\n\n9 of this act may make an anatomical gift by a document of gift\n\nsigned by the person making the gift or by that person’s oral\n\ncommunication that is electronically recorded or is\n\ncontemporaneously reduced to a record and signed by the individual\n\nreceiving the oral communication.\n\nB. Subject to subsection C of this section, an anatomical gift\n\nby a person authorized under Section 9 of this act may be amended or\n\nrevoked orally or in a record by any member of a prior class who is\n\nreasonably available. If more than one member of the prior class is\n\nreasonably available, the gift made by a person authorized under\n\nSection 9 of this act may be:\n\n1. Amended only if a majority of the reasonably available\n\nmembers agree to amending the gift; or\n\n2. Revoked only if a majority of the members agree to the\n\nrevoking of the gift or if they are equally divided as to whether to\n\nrevoke the gift.\n\nC.
